Some of the best award winning stories that were narrated to me, have unfortunately been birthed from misfortune. My parents (mostly my mother) shielded me from much of what happened in public. She always cautioned me to be careful. Almost every city is plagued with its own share of frauds, and Kampala is no exception. Don’t misquote me.
